Will Ferrell is NOT funny, Think about any movie he's in. He gets his biggest laughs either playing off other characters (Anchorman: would Ron Burgandy be nearly as funny without Champ, Brick, and the rest of the newsteam around? No), or by being a supporting character (i.e. the 'more cowbell' sketch was all about Chris Walken, not Ferrell, Walken made that skit hilarious because he was the straightman).
