Discovered in Canada at a Canadian Football League game, Pam made her Playboy debut in 1989 and then head off to Hollywood. She then made the best two career moves in Sex Symbol history - she died her hair blond and got a breast job. That led directly to her landing the job responsible for her being the Sex Symbol of the 90's - CJ Parker of Baywatch.
