If was worth $1 Billion, I would have a Batcave, a Star Wars wing, and a strict 36-24-36 regulation on the swimsuit model cleaning staff. But, let's see what these billionaires did with their homes.

Net Worth: $16 Billion
Home: 33,000 sq ft on the hill tops of Austin Texas. It has 8 bedrooms, 8 baths, 13 half baths, restaurant quality kitchen, indoor and outdoor pool, and a 5-level terraced lawn. The property taxes run about a quarter of a million per year (so stop complaining). It is the most expensive house ever built in Texas looks more like an office building than anything else.

Net Worth: $25 Billion
Home: 8,000 sq ft, 7 bedrooms sits on a penisular between the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. He spent $65 million buying up 5 beach front properties to build it. It is Japanese inspired with samurai helmets and armor sculputres scattered throughout the house. Almost every room has a view of the koi pond.

Net Worth: $58 Billion
Home: 66,000 sq ft compound includes a 60-ft swimming pool with an underwater music system. It has 2 "secret" bookcase doors and a 1,000 sq ft dining room. Speakers are hidden beneath the wallpaper and allows music to follow you as you walk through the house. Visitors are given a microchip upon entrance which sends signals throughout the house and a given room temperature would adjust for the user's preferences. Annual property tax is just over a million.

Re: Incorrect
What prices?? The networth numbers are all from wikipedia which have a more recent date/sources than the Forbes articles that I saw when doing research on this.
