Nature has some crazy creatures out there. And after seeing some of these, I'll stay indoors.
One of our troops stationed in Baghdad was bitten by one.
1,191 pound Tiger Shark caught in a fishing tournament off of Martha’s Vineyard back in 2005. Unfortunately for these fisherman, they were 6 minutes late back to the dock and were disqualified.
This half-tiger half-lion is bigger than both cats, and is currently 10 feet tall, and expected to continue growing to 12ft tall and 1800 pounds! He's capable of eating 100 pounds of meat at a single sitting!
Caught in Italy.
This half-Mastiff half-Great Dane is the unofficial biggest dog in the world. He weighs almost 300 pounds, and as you see here, he's almost as big as a small horse.
Found in some guy's backyard.

I agree that the Jelly Fish is the one questionable one, however if you look at the "original", you see that it's actually been altered.
Where the diver is has been painted over (coloring is off), and you can still see the bottom of the camera.

As a follow on, if you look down to the pixel level, the pixel sizes are the same. If it's a fake...it's a very good one.

Actually, the liger photo is apparently semi-fake - photo is real, but people in photo are of below average size. Also, the 10 foot length is less impressive when it's 3-4 foot tail.

The hog picture isnt fake just because its not the exact same one you first saw. I remember seeing this SERIES of photos right after that kid shot the russian boar. He used a large pistol (as can be seen in the photo pictured here) to shoot a penned animal. Granted the thing was enormous, but there still wasnt much sport. Neither of the photos are digitally altered. The kid is sitting several feet behind the boar, to accentuate the difference in size.

re: M Don't think the liger photo is "semi fake" as the liger actually can grow to a length of about 16 feet (5 meters)including it's tail, and an awrage weight of 1100 pounds (male), but the size can differ greatly as it's growth is not restricted to any size since it has no genetic restraints on it, that's why it can grow to such size.

well the rabbit one is real at least, they use those huge bunnies on Teletubbies because the costumes are like 14 feet high and it keeps the proportions right. It's true, look it up.

The Dog and Jellyfish are fake. The Boar is questionable since the kid is sitting a few feet back from it, yay perspective. Otherwise all these are pretty spot on.

The spider is real. I don't recall the species name but it is common in the Mid-East. I've seen several pics of these sent back by our G.I.s in Iraq. There is a spider in South America larger than this. It catches small birds in its web and eats them.

These people who go: "they're all fake" just refuse to be amazed by anything because they think that THEY are the biggest & best things in the world. Having said that, the jellyfish picture is clearly a fake. The guy with the rabbit is leaning back, & no surprise - that thing has to weigh around 40kg!

The dog is actually real. He was posted on Discovery channel along with the Boar. They never proved the boar was real because apparently they lost the remains so they couldn't be measured. Jellyfish is a fake. The rest are all real. And if you want to prove the dog is real go to Guiness Book of World records he got admitted in like Feb 2008.

the "camel spider" is also commonly known as a "sun spider" but isn't a spider at all, but a member of the scorpion family. they get very large, apparantly, and can be aggressive, charging fearlessly toward much larger animals. they have powerful pincers in the front that are capable of inflicting a very painful bite but the bite is not poisonous.

The "boar" picture is real and not a fake they ran a story on it because it was a apparently the biggest boar ever shot, bigger than the hogzilla remains found in Georgia. However, it was found that the animal was not a boar at all, actually a potbelly pig that had grown to enormous size. Still doesn't change the fact that it is a huge mound of pork.

My uncle is in the military and he has sent home word of these camel spiders, in southwest Asia (PC for middle east) camel spiders are said to grow as large as one's hand and is known to chase people (perhaps for shade or for any bugs that might be on the person). As Camel spiders? says it is not of the araneae order but of the solifuge order. I have heard that those stationed in southwest Asia capture these hostile creatures so as to pit them against each other in combat for entertainment purposes. However these camel spiders live in the United States of America and those sighted there are much smaller than the ones shown in the photograph, which may have led Camel Spiders? to disbelieve the legitimacy of the photograph above, although I do not know that Camel Spiders? does not have reason to disbelieve said photographic evidence other than personal experience.

The picture of the camel spider is really two camel spiders, one has bitten the other. They seem aggresive because they run to get into your shadow, i.e. they seem to chase you. F.E.M.A. doesn't seem to understand grammar or syntax, my nose started to bleed while reading his post. Holy crap you've got some big words in there FEMA just learn how to put them together correctly.

The Camel Spider pic is real, but perspective makes it look bigger than it is. They only grow to around 4-5 inches in length. The dog picture is not real. The dog in the picture is a Neopolitan Mastiff, not an English Mastiff or a Mastiff/Dane cross. If they're gonna lie about the picture they should at least get the breed right. Jellyfish is fake. The spider is not that big at all for a spider. I've got one in my living room bigger than that. That's a small lizard. And the shark is a tiger not a mako. Look at the nose, too broad to be a Mako.

If anyone has ever read the guiness book of records you will know that the camel spider is not that big, not even close. The biggest spider in the world is the Goliath Bird Eater, it grows to about the size of a diner plate. Which if you ask me is big enough. I mean come on, thats like that movie that really sucked, you know the one with David Arquette. I forget the name but it was horrible just like that photoshop.

Found out after the fact, the image of the kid immediately behind the pig was photoshopped to be a more realistic reference. I say this to lessen the damage to my credibility.
