I guess the debate really ends here.

so true.

I think we can all agree that William Harrison was definitely the worst president of all time. His administration accomplished nothing, nothing at all.

What about Herbert Hoover?

Ask those who he has helped in Africa suffering from AIDS if he is the worst president ever.

ya you have got to be kidding there is no way bush is the worst.. i also agree with doug, carter sucked

carter still sucks. his only accomplishment was to legalize the home brewing of beer.

JFK did absolutely nothing in his time in office except get close to a Nuclear Apocolypse and fail miserably at ending Fidel Castro's reign. I mean if we count getting some as a requisite for being a good President, then he's not the worst, but otherwise he was a chump, sort of like GWB. And Carter was pretty f'n bad too. I'd put GWB behind both of them.

CW, you must be on crack. Kennedy started the moon race, began civil rights action and had he lived he would have saved the nation a lot of grief over Veitnam. Bush killed thousands and spent billions on a lie. Carter was pretty crappy but at least he didn't start a major war.

Yah, CW, you're crazy. JFK definitely had some bad with the good, but there was a ton of good to his term while it lasted.

andrew johnson anybody? he was the dude who took over when lincoln was assassinated and singlehandedly destroyed lincoln's reconcilliation plan to put the country back together after the civil war, leading to the entire segregation/jim crow laws period in american history. george w bush might have done worse if given the opportunity, but that's a tough act to follow. he's pretty awful - kinda like a cross between nixon and grant with the arrogant powerhungry administration and sheer incompetence, but andrew johnson definitely did worse for our country in the white house. try herbert hoover, too. just look up "hoovervilles."

if carter legalized home brewing of beer, then there's nothing to argue about is there? on jfk - one of the things i really like about him is that he re-worked his planning strategies after the bay of pigs disaster, appointing his brother, robert, to play an aggressive devil's advocate role so the group didn't get sucked into a plan with obvious flaws in it. that's one of the huge problems with the current bush administration - they lack the ability to plan effectively because they eliminate potential sources of internal criticism, appointing people based on loyalty instead of ability. when guys like colin powell think your plan is nonsense and get completely ignored, you end up with stuff like the iraq war and "no child left behind."

uh, when you're looking at bush's "contribution" to helping out on aids in africa, start by looking up "global gag rule" and his international positions on contraceptive education.

answer: Bush 2, Bush1, Andrew Johnson, Hoover. these are the worst

I'm no Bush fanatic by any means, but I'll bet you my wife's incredible tits that history will judge him far better than it will Clinton. Bush has had a very difficult presidency. Katrina, Rita, Wilma, 9/11 (something he didn't initiate by the way) the tsumani and a host of other bullshit things. Clinton was a far bigger liar and a cheater and had the integrity of cockbag. Never think for one minute that that prick doesn't still have blood on his hands. He does.

Yea, I am doing so well since G.W.Bush has been the President. I feel sorry for whoever is the next President. He will have to clean up the mess we are in. I felt a lot better with a former President.
