• This website may contain nudity, and may have pictures of women in various states of undress. If you do not want to see these images, DO NOT VISIT THE SITE.
• This website contains two versions. The SFW stands for "Safe For Work" and in general means that there will not be any pictures containing nudity, or any harsh and offensive language. The other version is the NSFW version, which stands for "Not Safe For Work". This version may or may not contain nudity and offensive language. Users should reasonably judge which version they are most comfortable viewing.
• This site CANNOT GUARENTEE that the SFW version of our website will be fr ee of nudity and offensive language. We are not responsible for any work related incidents or damages suffered by viewers. The SFW version is just a recommendation to our users, and does not GUARENTEE ANY CONTENT OR LACK OF CONTENT. If you feel that you might get in trouble for viewing our site, then DO NOT VISIT OUR SITE USING WORK RESOURCES.
• All registered members under the age of 18 will automatically be registered as SFW members, and will be prohibited from viewing any nudity on our site. Registration with a false or misleading age constitutes fraud, and all user information will be turned over to the appropriate authorities in this case. • Though this site is tolerant of nudity, we WILL NOT ALLOW SEXUAL IMAGES. There is a very big gap between a picture of a topless woman and a sexual image, and those images and comments across this gap WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Using the movies analogy, this site is rated 'R', and will contain no 'X' rated content
• Users' e-mail address WILL NOT be available to anyone. All communication will occur through our website, and thus you can feel assured that your e-mail will always stay private and will be given to no one.
• Users are allowed to create as many lists as they wish to on the site.
• The owners reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or malicious postings placed on the website. The owners reserve the right to define what constitutes "inappropriate" and "malicious".
• Users are not allowed to place links to other websites in their lists. This is to prevent the spread of viruses, spam, links to porn sites, and everything else that makes the Internet experience miserable for people.
• Users are not allowed to place e-mail addresses or links to e-mail addresses in their profiles. Again, this is to prevent that virus/spam/porn vicious monster. None of us wants that at all.
• Users may have their lists removed at any time by e-mailing us through the "Contact Us" link, the list title, and a description of why you wish to have the list removed.
• Users may create original lists on our site, may add entries to existing lists, or may place comments on list pages. They do not have access or privelages beyond these 3 actions.
• The owners are not liable or responsible for the content of any postings in any list, or in any images placed on our website. If you find a posting inappropriate or malicious, please contact the owners so that we may take the appropriate action.
• You agree to not place any copyrighted or trademarked images on the site.
• Placing copyrighted or trademarked images or text on the website is illegal. The owners are not responsible for the placement of illegal material on our website, and will remove it immediately and without refund or consideration to the offending party.
• Should the display of copyrighted or trademarked images on our site occur, we will remove them immediately upon notification and request from the owners of the copyright or trademark.
• The owners will not be responsible for periodic outages of the website. Due to the nature of the web hosting technology, certain outages may occur which may be caused by, and not limited to, web site updates, excessive traffic, and outside illegal activity. The owners cannot be held responsible for any monetary damage or loss due to an outage of the website.
• The owners will also take actions periodically to update the site. During these actions, the website may experience outages or slow-downs. During these updates, the owners will not be reponsible for any monetary damge or loss.
• When you place your list on the website, you are not purchasing any physical objects, and do not have any claim for any revenue generated by the site or by your specific list. You waive all rights to consideration by placing content on our site.
• You agree to resolve all disputes with the owner of the website, Raaze, LLC, in a binding arbitration alternative dispute resolution center based in Austin, TX and agree to pay all costs and fees associated with said dispute, including those of Raaze, LLC.
