Official Rules and disclaimers of the Epic List Contest

1. The contest is judged by the total number of page views in the first 10 days that the list is created.
2. While the contest is a monthly contest, you are not elible until the month where you can get 10 days of views. For example a list created on May 15th is elgible for May. However, a list created on May 25th wouldn't be able to get 10 days in, and would therefore be considered for the June contest.
3. The winner being announced on the 5th day of the following month.
4. The official determinant of the winner is being held confidential in order to thwart any potential shenanigans or gaming of the system.
5. You may enter as many lists as you desire into the contest.
6. Friends and family are eligible for the prizes in this contest.
7. Any content that the judges deem to be offensive or inappropriate will be removed and the list and the entrant ineligible for the prize; the owners of the website reserve the right to judge what is considered offensive and inappropriate.
8. No copyrighted material will be permitted on the site, and if any copyrighted material is submitted, that list will be removed and deemed ineligible for the prize.
9. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry should we suspect that any tampering with the vote count is being conducted. This includes but is not limited to scripts that automatically refresh pages, automated bots to visit pages, or direct hacking into any of the systems used for counting.
10. You must have a valid e-mail address in order to be eligible for the prize. The valid e-mail address must be registered in our system with the username you used to create the winning list.
11. The winner must respond to our e-mails within 15 days after we announce a winner in order to claim your prize. If the winner does not respond within 15 days, they forfeit their rights to the prize and lose all claims to the prize thereafter.
12. All payments to winners will be by PayPal only, to a valid PayPal account only. The winner is responsible for creating a valid PayPal account in order to receive payment.
13. The owners of the website reserve the right to end the contest at any time without notice to anyone involved in the contest.
14. Centrility, LLC, becomes the owner of all entries and retains copyright to all original material posted on the site. Additionally, entry into the contest does not imply any employee/employer relationship between Centrility, LLC, and the entrant, and no implied relationship will exist between the two entities.
15. Centrility, LLC, will have rights to all revenues generated by the entry on the page and the entrant will have no rights to revenue generated on their created page, nor any page on the entire site.
16. By entering this contest, you agree to the the preceding Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you also agree to the Terms and Conditions that govern the entire site. If you disagree with any portion of the Terms and Conditions stated above or that govern the entire site, do not enter the contest.
